5-9-22 minutes

The minutes of the Monthly Meeting of the Town Board of Sanborn, Ashland County Wisconsin held May 9th, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:00p.m. Those in attendance are Richard Mitchell, Scott Bretting, Diane Litersky, Mike Berlin, Alex Pino, Scott Bender, Ben Connors, Todd Kraft, Luis Salas and Jamie Weaver. Motion to accept the 4/11/22 minutes by Ben Connors seconded by Todd Kraft, motion carried. Motion to accept the 4/22 Treasurers report by Todd Kraft seconded by Ben Connors, motion carried. Luis opened the meeting with the citizen participation period. Next Luis discussed the utilization of the remaining ARPA funds, discussion follows. Motion to use the remaining ARPA funds to purchase new road equipment by Todd Kraft seconded by Ben Connors, motion carried. Next discussion was started on purchasing a new road dump truck, discussion follows. Motion to purchase a new single and tandem axel trucks from Mid State by Todd Kraft seconded by Ben Connors, motion carried. Next, the Board gave their reports. The road report was given by Alex.
