The minutes of the Monthly Meeting of the Town Board of Sanborn, Ashland County Wisconsin held November 14th, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:00p.m. Those in attendance are Richard Mitchell, Scott Bretting, Katie Wolf, Matt Deloney, Alex Pino, Scott Bender, Ben Connors, Todd Kraft, Luis Salas and Jamie Weaver. Motion to accept the 10/10/22 minutes by Ben Connors seconded by Todd Kraft, motion carried. Motion to accept the 10/18/22 minutes by Ben Connors seconded by Todd Kraft, motion carried. Motion to accept the 10/22 Treasurers report by Ben Connors seconded by Todd Kraft, motion carried. Luis opened the meeting with the citizen participation period. Mr. Mitchell gave out a handout regarding his projections of the value of the Town’s assessment after the Tribal parcels were removed from the assessment book and wanted to discuss it. Discussion follows. Jamie stated that Mr. Mitchell’s valuation of 5.5 million was inaccurate and was asked how that number was derived. Mr. Mitchell stated that the numbers came from the State and of local people he talked to. Jamie stated that the value would be cut a little less than half of the current value of est. 32 million. Mr. Mitchell would like to be told what the total value would be and Jamie stated that he would let him know when he finds out. Next, the Board gave their reports. The road report was given by Alex.
