Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Public Comment – none 3. Minutes of the following meetings to be considered for approval: A. June 11, 2026 Motion by Sam to approve the minutes, seconded by Michael, all ayes. Motion Carried. 4. Discussion of Public Forum A. Review of meeting notes/discussion of topics covered Kelly Westlund went over opportunities and her experience with affordable housing. Still unclear on who is looking for assistance/housing. We need better communication/marketing to get more interest. B. Next steps • Sam will draft an article for the Gazette. • Plan for another forum on Mon. 9/14/26 at 5pm. Clerical assistant note: Per Jim Peters on 8/13/26 the forum time has been changed to 5:30pm. • Low cost housing resources available to community members/homeowners. 5. New business 6.
