Call to Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order by Lois at 5:03 pm. 2. Public Comment – none 3. Minutes of the following meetings to be considered for approval: A. May 14, 2026 Motion by John to approve the minutes, seconded by Sam, all ayes except Michael who abstained). Motion Carried. 4. Upcoming public forum June 22, 2026 A. Agenda/format B. Moderator Nobody secured at this time C. Suggested topics 1. MIAF Goals and Ambitions Purpose of meeting is to raise awareness, see what the public needs and gather stakeholders. 2. Alignment with Comprehensive Plan 3. Funding Mechanisms Lois has a contact of someone who may be able to help put together a funding/cost analysis. D. Cost sheet incorporating sewer, well, land clearing, electric and fiber estimates John went over cost estimates from Charlie Bertel from 2024/25. E. Additional hand outs Lois will compile documents to copy for hand -outs. 5. New business Next meeting will be 7/16/26 @ 5pm 6.
