Consider Real Estate/Personal Property Purchase The Town Board may go into closed session during the meeting for the deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business in which it is or is likely to become involved in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes 19.85 (1)(e). After the completion of the closed session, the Board will come back into open session to act upon the discussion in the closed session or otherwise complete the business of the meeting before adjourning. IV. Adjourn Note: It is possible that members of other governmental bodies of the municipality (and possibly a quorum) may be in attendance at this meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at this meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to in this notice.
