Is this the direction the Town wants the community to take, or is the current language acceptable? Are there any items that should be included that have been missed? iii. What is your feedback on requiring a camping permit for any stays longer than 7 days? iv. Should the restrictions on camping on smaller lots be tightened? v. Is our Municipality comfortable with allowing shipping containers under the proposed restrictions? vi. What are the Town’s thoughts on changing the language from per parcel" to "group of parcels"? vii. What concerns were overlooked in this revision that may be relevant to our Town? viii. What is your feedback on tiny homes and the current minimum dwelling size requirement? ix. At present, it is set at 720 square feet, but P&Z receives weekly requests to allow smaller dwellings. Smaller homes are currently not permitted, but if the minimum size was changed to less than 720 square feet, Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code would still need to be met. 16.
