Special Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF MARION TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026 – 10 A.M. SPECIAL MEETING 1. Call Meeting to Order / Pledge of Allegiance - Chairman Garrel Walejko opened the board meeting at 10am on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. The Pledge was not cited. Present were Chairman Garrel Walejko, Supervisor Dave Chase and Clerk Tonya Nigh. Supervisor Bill Behnke joined via Teams. 2. Approval of the following Licenses for July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 “Class B” Liquor AND Class “B” Beer License: a. Elver G Grimm III / Rusty’s Two Oaks, LLC aka Two Oaks North Gold Course W6650 Meadow Lane Ct, Wautoma, WI 54982 b. James R Heck / The Silvercryst Inc aka Silvercryst W7015 State Hwy 21 E, Wautoma, WI 54982 c. Bradley W Schubert / The Moose Inn Supper Club, Inc aka Moose Inn Supper Club & Catering W6846 State Road 21, Wautoma, WI 54982 d. Bradley W Schubert / Klingers Real Barbeque Inc aka Klingers Real Barbeque W7304 Fairway View Ln Wautoma, WI 54982 Chase made a motion to approve all four of the listed “Class B” Liquor and Class “B” Beer Licenses. Motion was seconded by Walejko. All favored the motion, so the motion carried. 3. Approval of the following License for July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 Cigarette, Tobacco & Electronic Vaping Device Retail License: a. James R Heck / The Silvercryst Inc aka Silvercryst W7015 State Hwy 21 E, Wautoma, WI 54982 Chase made a motion to approve The Silvercryst Inc Cigarette, Tobacco & Electronic Vaping Device Retail License. Motion was seconded by Walejko. All favored the motion, so the motion carried. 4. Operator’s Licenses for July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 Chase made a motion to approve all 38 of the Operator’s Licenses that were applied for. Motion was seconded by Walejko. All favored the motion, so the motion carried. 5. Announcements 1. Next Monthly Board Meeting, Thursday, July 9, 2026 – 7:00P.M. 6. Adjournment Chase made a motion to adjourn at 10:17am.
