Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF MARION TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2025 – 9:30 A.M. SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES 1. Call Meeting to Order / Pledge of Allegiance Chairman Garrel Walejko opened the board meeting at 9:32am on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The Pledge was not cited. Present were Garrel Walejko, Dave Chase and Tonya Nigh 2. Approval of Temporary Alcohol Beverage License – “Class B” Wine & Class “B” Beer a. Waushara County Animal Shelter – “Come, Sit, Stay and Sip” on November 8, 2025 from 5:00-8:30 P.M. at Camp Lakotah Friendship Lodge Clerk Nigh presented the Board with paperwork and that all background checks came back good. Chase made a motion to approve the Temporary Alcohol Beverage License for Waushara County Animal Shelter on November 8, 2025. Motion was seconded by Walejko. All favored the motion, so the motion carried. 3. Announcements a. Thursday, November 13, 2025 the Following 3 Meetings Starting at 7:00P.M. 1. Public Hearing on Proposed 2026 Budget 2. Special Town Meeting of the Electors 3. Next Monthly Board Meeting 4. Adjournment At 9:34am, Chase made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Walejko. All favored the motion, so the motion carried.
