Executive Committee Meeting — Minutes

Executive Committee Meeting Tuesday September 8, 2026 The meeting was called to order at 8:56 a.m. Present: P/Tim Ganzel, T/Tom Lauritzen, T/John Eilers, Robert Jansen (Street Supervisor and Sewer Operator), Harold Hansen Jr (Streets and Sewer Assistant) and Lindsey Inda (Village Clerk/Treasurer). T/Eilers seconded by T/Lauritzen made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Eilers made a motion to move into closed session per Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(C): Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance evaluation. Voice Vote: T/Eilers aye, T/Lauritzen aye, and P/Ganzel aye. T/Eilers seconded by T/Lauritzen made a motion to return to open session. Voice Vote: T/Eilers aye, T/Lauritzen aye and P/Ganzel aye. The Committee conducted a progress performance review with Harold Hansen Jr. They reviewed what is going well as well as things that need to be improved on. They also discussed expectations moving forward.
