Executive Committee Meeting — Minutes

Executive Committee Meeting June 1, 2026 Meeting called to order at 10:00 am Those in attendance: Tim Ganzel, Tom Lauritzen, John Eilers, Lindsey Inda and Nathan Klapoetke. Also present as audience: Mary Pilz and Harold Hansen Jr. T/Eilers seconded by T/Lauritzen made a motion to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried. The committee reviewed the Public Nuisance Ordinance and recent complaints. T/Lauritzen mentioned having seen some junked vehicles and long grass throughout the Village. He will make a list and provide it to Chief Klapoetke. Lindsey presented information she found regarding the idea of a shared grant writer. Lindsey stated that Waushara County does currently have a grant writer and had spoken to the Waushara County Administrator who said the county would be open to discussing a collaboration. Lindsey also presented a job description and sample agreement for a shared grant writer from another municipality. Lindsey was instructed to set up a meeting with Waushara County to discuss a collaboration and also to reach out to the League of Municipalities, ECWPC and McMahon.
