Executive Committee Meeting — Minutes

Executive Committee Meeting Monday April 6, 2026 @9:00 a.m. The meeting was called to order at 8:59 a.m. Present: P/Ganzel, T/Lauritzen, T/Eilers, Nathan Klapoetke (Chief of Police) and Lindsey Inda (Village Clerk/Treasurer). The committee was provided the current personnel policy and was asked to review, in particular the social media and internet policies, for needed updates. The committee will reconvene at a future date to discuss further. The committee discussed future projects to include the Hwy 22 project and possible Village Hall. The committee will be working to gather project cost proposals for both projects. Finally, the committee discussed current legal services. Because current counsel does not practice employment law, the village may want to look into retaining an attorney specializing in employment law if future needs arise.
