Caucus — Minutes

Village of Wild Rose January 7, 2026 Caucus Caucus called to order at 6:30 p.m. Present: P/Ganzel, T/Pilz, T/Szymborski, T/Hansen Jr., T/Lauritzen T/Yeska and T/Eilers. Public Members Present: Jim Erdman, Diann Drmolka, Robert Jansen and Tammy Hansen. P/Ganzel provided an overview of the caucus process. Nominees for the position of Village Trustee were taken from the floor: Craig Szymborski was nominated by Harold Hansen Jr and seconded by Mary Pilz. Harold Hansen Jr was nominated by John Eilers and seconded by Mary Pilz. Steve Yeska was nominated by Harold Hansen Jr and seconded by Mary Pilz. Perry Drmolka was nominated by Jim Erdman and seconded by Diann Drmolka. P/Ganzel made a call for additional nominations. None were declared. P/Ganzel made three calls for any last additional nominations. None were declared. P/Ganzel announced nominations were closed. T/Eilers seconded by T/Yeska. made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 p.m. Motion carried. Presented to the Board by Lindsey Inda
