Minutes of the Wild Rose Mill Restoration Committee Regular Meeting Jerry Apps Reading Room Patterson Memorial Library December 23, 2025 Call to Order – 10:30am by Chairman Kent Barnard Roll was taken: Present: Kent Barnard, Chair’ Mary Pilz, Village Representative; Tara Anderson, Jeff Attoe, Julie Attoe Approve Agenda – Motion by Pilz, second by Anderson, Motion Carries Approve Minutes of November meeting- Motion by Anderson, second by Pilz, motion carries Financial Report – none was given, Julie Attoe had not heard of any new donations to write Thank You cards New Business- Look over and approve plans – plans were approved Ramp on pond end for handicap access to building through existing door: Jeff Attoe had heard that Ron Hansen may be interested in selling or even donating His metal ramp that was used by his wife, who has since passed. Jeff will find out if he wants to sell and how much Ron might want. According to the plans, the ramp to be ADA compliant must be 8 feet long with a run of 1” to every foot. Old Business- The search for a contractor to oversee any building was mentioned, Barnard will contact Dave Willliams Construction and John Shipley, who was a builder in Illinois. Adjourn at 10:58am
