Joint Review Board — Minutes

Minutes from December 4, 2025 TIF Joint Review Board Present: Tim Ganzel Village President, John Eilers Village Trustee, Patrick King Waushara County, Andrea Havlovitz Wild Rose School District and Lindsey Inda Village Clerk in person and Kimberly Manteuffel Fox Valley Technical College and Rachelle Towne Public Member via phone. Meeting was called to order at 12:30 pm. Motion made by Tim Ganzel and seconded by John Eilers to nominate Rachelle Towne as public member. Motion carried. Motion made by John Eilers and seconded by Patrick King to nominate Tim Ganzel as Chairperson. Motion carried. The 2024 PE-300 report for TID 3 was presented. Lindsey notified members that the final audit was in progress with a completion to be no later than mid February. Motion was made by Patrick King and seconded by Rachelle Town to approve the Joint Review Board Resolution. John Eilers, aye; Patrick King, aye; Andrea Havlovitz, aye; Rachelle Towne, aye; Kimberly Manteuffel, aye; Tim Ganzel, aye. Motion passed.
