Executive Committee Meeting — Minutes

Executive Committee Meeting September 30, 2025 Meeting called to order at 9:01 am Those in attendance: Tim Ganzel, John Eilers, Tom Lauritzen, Robert Jansen, Nathan Klapoetke, Kent Barnard and Lindsey Inda. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Eilers made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Lindsey provided a preliminary Sewer, General Fund and Wild Rose Days budget for 2026. The committee requested the addition of a part-time helper for sewer and streets be budgeted for Robbie’s paternity leave. Chief Klapoetke discussed new equipment needs including body cameras. Kent Barnard presented the library budget. All employees discussed wages and requested wage increases. The committee requested a 75%/25% cost share of garbage services as well as projecting a 15% increase in health insurance for the next budget workshop. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Eilers made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:15 am. Motion carried. Submitted to the Board by: Lindsey Inda, Village Clerk
