Parks Committee Meeting — Minutes

Village of Wild Rose Parks Committee Meeting Wednesday June 18, 2025 The meeting was called to order @ 9:28 a.m. Present: Chair Hansen Jr., Trustee Lauritzen, Trustee Szymborski, Clerk Lindsey Inda, Street and Sewer Supervisor Robbie Jansen, Street and Sewer Maintenance Doug Jirik and public member Mary Kusche. Mary Kusche showed the committee where she would like to plant 7 flowering crab apple trees. She stated 5 have already been claimed for memorials. The committee agreed that the placement of the trees would beautify the boardwalk. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Szymborski made a motion to approve the location and planting of 7 flowering crab apple trees. Motion carried. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Szymborski made a motion to allow future tree planting location approvals be reviewed and accepted by Doug and Robbie with open communication to the Parks Committee notifying them of the planting.
