MINUTES FROM THE CITY OF WAUTOMA MEETING OF THE REGULAR COMMON COUNCIL MONDAY, DECEMBER 11th, 2023 6:00 p.m. Mayor Nixon called the regular meeting of the Regular City of Wautoma Common Council to order at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 11th, 2023. Present: Mayor Nixon, Alderpersons Pat King, Eric Tratar, Bob Cayer and Steve Ryerson Excused: Alderperson Grimm and Petersen Prayer and Pledge took place. Alderperson Tratar motioned to approve minutes from the Special Common Council meeting held on November 20 th, 2023 which included Finance and Personnel portion due to the review of the 2024 Operating Budget. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Ryerson and carried 4-0. Alderperson Cayer motioned to approve the agenda which was seconded by Alderperson Ryerson and carried 4-0. Mr. Bohler presented his report to the council. Mayor Nixon presented his report to the council. Alderperson Cayer motioned to approve Kopplin & Kinas Co., Inc. for Pay Application 5 – Waupaca Street Reconstruction in the amount of $609,007.93. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Ryerson and carried 4-0. Alderperson King motioned to approve Carol Hovet as a non-partisan election judge, which was seconded by Alderperson Tratar and carried 4-0. Alderperson King motioned to adjourn, which was seconded by Alderperson Ryerson and carried 4-0.
