MINUTES FROM THE CITY OF WAUTOMA MEETING OF THE REGULAR COMMON COUNCIL MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13th, 2023 7:30 p.m. Mayor Nixon called the regular meeting of the Regular City of Wautoma Common Council to order at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, November 13th, 2023. Present: Mayor Nixon, Alderpersons Aaron Grimm, Eric Tratar, Ryan Petersen, Bob Cayer and Steve Ryerson Excused: Alderperson King Prayer and Pledge took place. Alderperson Tratar motioned to approve the agenda which was seconded by Alderperson Petersen and carried 5-0. Mr. Bohler presented his report to the council. Mayor Nixon presented his report to the council. Alderperson Tratar motioned to approve Ordinance #2023-08 – An Ordinance to Change the Meeting Times of the Wautoma Common Council to 6:00 p.m. from 7:30 p.m. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Ryerson and carried 5-0. Alderperson Grimm motioned to approve Ordinance #2023-09 to Reestablisht the Wautoma Area Municipal Court. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Cayer and carried 5-0. Alderperson Cayer motioned to approve Kopplin & Kinas Co., Inc. for Pay Application 3 – 16 th Avenue in the amount of $62,952.32. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Grimm and carried 5-0. Alderperson Cayer motioned to approve Kopplin & Kinas Co., Inc. for Pay Application – Waupaca Street Reconstruction. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Petersen and carried 5-0. Alderperson Ryerson motioned to adjourn, which was seconded by Alderperson Petersen and carried 5-0.
