Special Common Council — Minutes

MINUTES FROM THE CITY OF WAUTOMA MEETING OF THE SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th, 2023 5:00 p.m. Mayor Nixon called the meeting of the Special City of Wautoma Common Council to order at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 18th, 2023. Present: Mayor Nixon, Alderpersons Patrick King, Aaron Grimm, Eric Tratar, Ryan Petersen, Steve Ryerson and Eric Tratar Excused: None Prayer and Pledge took place. Alderperson King motioned to approve the agenda which was seconded by Alderperson Grimm and carried 6-0. Alderperson King motioned to approve Ordinance #2023-07 to Abolish the Joint Municipal Court as Part of Re-establishing New Municipal Court with the Addition of The Village of Wild Rose and Departure of The Village of Redgranite. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Grimm and carried 6-0. Alderperson Grimm motioned to adjourn, which was seconded by Alderperson Cayer and carried 6-0.
