MINUTES FROM THE CITY OF WAUTOMA MEETING OF THE REGULAR COMMON COUNCIL MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11th, 2023 7:30 p.m. Mayor Nixon called the special meeting of the Regular City of Wautoma Common Council to order at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 11th, 2023. Present: Mayor Nixon, Alderpersons Patrick King, Eric Tratar, Ryan Petersen, and Steve Ryerson Excused: Alderperson Grimm and Cayer Prayer and Pledge took place. Alderperson Petersen moved to approve the minutes from the Special Common Council meeting held on August 21 st, 2023. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Tratar and carried 4-0. Mr. Bohler presented both the General Fund Budget Comparison and bank account report. Alderperson King motioned to approve the agenda which was seconded by Alderperson Petersen and carried 4-0. Alderperson Ryerson motioned to approve Ordinance #2023-06 to Create Chapter 59 of the Code of Ordinances Regarding Driveway Specifications. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Tratar and carried 4-0. Mr. Bohler presented his report to the council. Mayor Nixon presented his report to the council. Alderperson King moved to approve the payment of monthly vouchers. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Petersen and carried 4-0. Alderperson Ryerson motioned to approve Pay Application 2 – 16 th Avenue Project in the amount of $252,803.45 to Kopplin & Kinas Co., Inc. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Tratar and carried 4-0. Alderperson Ryerson motioned to approve Pay Application 2 – Waupaca Project in the amount of $511,782.48 to Kopplin & Kinas Co., Inc. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Tratar and carried 4-0. Alderperson Petersen motioned to adjourn, which was seconded by Alderperson Ryerson and carried 4-0.
