Call to order/roll call. 2. Minutes. Act on minutes of the prior meeting (September 14, 2026). 3. Public Comments (agenda items only). 4. Financials: (a) Treasurer’s Report for previous month (checks written, monthly receipts, and cash summary sheet). (b) Current month’s claims and per diems. 5. Reports and Recommendations: (a) Patrolmen. (b) Finance Committee (budget income and expenses to date) and solid waste/recycling. (c) Planning Commission. Minutes of the September 28, 2026 meeting provided. 6. Business: (a) Enter into 1-year contract with Steinmeyer Inspections for 2027 Contracted Building Inspection services. (b) Employee performance/wage review prior to 2027. (c) Review 1st draft of proposed 2027 budget line items. (d) Road abandonment in Eagle Point south of 650th Avenue. (e) Updates on proposed Urban Sewer Boundary Agreement with the City of Menomonie. (f) City of Menomonie and Town of Red Cedar border roads and snow plowing plans. (g) Adopt Resolution 2026-10 of Town Board Proposing to Exceed Levy Limit Via Town Meeting. (h) Set Public Hearing on Proposed 2027 Budget, Special Town Meeting of Electors to adopt the 2026 tax levy payable in 2027, and Special Town Board Meeting to Adopt the 2027 Budget. (i) Other town issues, matters, and concerns. 7. Communications: (a) Correspondence and announcements. (b) Upcoming agenda items. 8. Set Next Meeting Date. Monday, November 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or immediately following the Budget/Levy Public Hearing/Special Meetings. 9.
