No action will be taken by any governmental body at the below-mentioned meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to in this notice). CSB = Dunn Co. Government Center/Community Services Building. October 1, 2026 DUNN CO. PR&D MEETING – CSB - 8:30 a.m. A quorum of Town Board members and/or Planning Commission members may be present to gather information. October 7, 2026 YARD WASTE DISPOSAL SITE – 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The town’s yard waste disposal site will be open. See further information on are website at https://redcedar.gov/recycling-garbage/. October 7, 2026, TOWN BOARD PACKETS – Town Hall - 4:00 p.m. The Town Board packets will be ready for pick up at the Town Hall and available to board members on Google Drive. October 12, 2026 – TOWN FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING - Town Hall – 5:15 p.m. The Finance Committee will meet to go over town financial documents and claims prior to the board meeting. October 12, 2026, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING – Town Hall – 6:00 p.m. The regular monthly town board meeting will take place. The full agenda will be posted online and on the town bulletin board at the town hall. October 15, 2026 DUNN CO. PR&D MEETING – CSB - 8:30 a.m. A quorum of Town Board members and/or Planning Commission members may be present to gather information. October 20, 2026 to October 30, 2026 – IN-PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The Clerk will be conducting in-person absentee voting on weekdays at the Town Hall by appointment only for the November 3, 2026 General Election. Call (715) 556-5034 to schedule an appointment. An acceptable Photo ID is required to receive and vote an absentee ballot. An acceptable proof of residency document is required to register to vote. UNIT WTA QUARTERLY MEETING & BANQUET – Tainter Church – 6:00 p.m. A quorum of Town Board members may be present to gather in formation. October 21, 2026 DUNN CO. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING – CSB - 7:00 p.m. A quorum of Town Board members and/or Planning Commission members may be present to gather information. October 24, 2026 YARD WASTE DISPOSAL SITE – 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The town’s yard waste disposal site will be open. October 25, 2026 PUBLIC TEST OF VOTING EQUIPMENT – 9:00 a.m. A Public Test of the election voting equipment will be held on October 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Town Hall, E6591 627th Avenue, Menomonie, WI. This equipment will be used at the General Election on November 3, 2026. This Public Test is open to the general public. October 27, 2026 TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING – Town Hall – 6:00 p.m. The Town Planning Commission meeting will take place.
