Call to order/roll call. 2. Minutes. Act on minutes of the prior meeting (August 17, 2026). 3. Public Comments (agenda items only). 4. Financials: (a) Treasurer’s Report for previous month (checks written, monthly receipts, and cash summary sheet). (b) Current month’s claims and per diems. 5. Reports and Recommendations: (a) Patrolmen. (b) Finance Committee (budget income and expenses to date) and solid waste/recycling. (c) Planning Commission. 6. Business: (a) Employee performance/wage review prior to 2027. (b) Work on 2027 budget expenses. (c) Dunn Co. Unit WTA Banquet on October 20, 2026. (d) Moratorium/licensing ordinances related to data centers. (e) Increasing town levy on an ongoing basis for EMS/fire or any and all projects. (f) Road abandonment in Eagle Point south of 650th Avenue. (g) Updates on proposed Urban Sewer Boundary Agreement with the City of Menomonie. (h) City of Menomonie and Town of Red Cedar border roads and snow plowing plans. (i) Updates on Park Rapids lot. (j) Other town issues, matters, and concerns. 7.
