04/13/2026 Agenda (04/08/2026) Agenda - TOWN OF RED CEDAR The monthly Town Board meeting will be held at the Red Cedar Town Hall, E6591 627th Avenue, Menomonie, WI on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. All Agenda items may include discussion and possible action by the Town Board. 1. Call to order/roll call. 2. Minutes. Act on minutes of the prior meeting (March 9, 2026). 3. Public Comments (agenda items only): 4. Financials: (a) Treasurer’s Report for previous month (checks written, monthly receipts, and cash summary sheet). (b) Current month’s claims and per diems. 5. Reports and Recommendations: (a) Patrolman. (b) Finance Committee (budget income and expenses to date) and solid waste/recycling. (c) Planning Commission. Recommendation on General Boundary Agreement and recommendation on application for a variance. 6. Business: (a) Act on Resolution No. 2026-1 Supporting a Comprehensive and Sustainable Transportation Funding Solution. (b) Act on General Boundary Agreement Between the Town of Spring Brook and the Town of Red Cedar to detach the property located at N3954 640th Street, Menomonie, WI from the Town of Spring Brook and attach it to the Town of Red Cedar. (c) Act on Resolution 2026-2 Approving a General Boundary Agreement Between the Town of Red Cedar and the Town of Spring Brook, Dunn County, WI. (d) Act on Ordinance 2026-3 to Attach a Parcel of Land at N3954 Street from the Town of Spring Brook to the Town of Red Cedar Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of a General Boundary Agreement. (e) Act on Resolution No. 2026-4 Outlining Total Number of Issued and Reserve “Class B” Liquor Licenses Available and Setting Quotas and License Fees for Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverages (Replaces Resolution 2024-2). (f) Provide recommendation on application for a variance to create a new lot that does not meet the minimum lot size of 1 acre at E7461 U.S. Hwy. 12/29, Menomonie, WI. (g) Approve opening of a $15,000.00 credit card line with Royal Credit Union. (h) Clerk appointment renewal (April 21, 2026 to April 17, 2029). (i) Appoint town board member as alternate planning commission member for a 2-year term (May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2028). (j) 570th Street LRIP project updates. (k) Accept and sign 2025 Financial Statement. (l) Updates on the proposed Urban Sewer Boundary Agreement with the City of Menomonie. (m) City of Menomonie and Town of Red Cedar border roads and snow plowing plans. (n) Updates on Park Rapids lot. (o) Other town issues, matters, and concerns. 7.
