03/09/2026 Agenda (03/02/2026) Agenda - TOWN OF RED CEDAR The monthly Town Board meeting will be held at the Red Cedar Town Hall, E6591 627th Avenue, Menomonie, WI on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. All Agenda items may include discussion and possible action by the Town Board. 1. Call to order/roll call. 2. Minutes. Act on minutes of the prior meeting (February 9, 2026). 3. Public Comments (agenda items only): 4. Financials: (a) Treasurer’s Report for previous month (checks written, monthly receipts, and cash summary sheet). (b) Current month’s claims and per diems. 5. Reports and Recommendations: (a) Patrolman. (b) Finance Committee (budget income and expenses to date) and solid waste/recycling. (c) Planning Commission. Next meeting is set for Wednesday, March 18, 2026. 6. Business: (a) Review documentation for a Boundary Agreement between the Town of Red Cedar and the Town of Spring Brook to detach N3954 640th Street from the Town of Spring Brook and refer this matter to the Town’s Planning Commission to provide a recommendation after holding the required public hearing. (b) Senn proposals dated 02/17/2026 for 570th Street. (c) Updates on the proposed Urban Sewer Boundary Agreement with the City of Menomonie. (d) City of Menomonie and Town of Red Cedar border roads and snow plowing plans. (e) Updates on Park Rapids lot. (f) Review draft of 2025 Financial Statement. (g) Agenda items for April 21st Annual Meeting. (h) Other town issues, matters, and concerns. 7. Communications: (a) Correspondence and announcements. (b) Upcoming agenda items. 8.
