02/09/2026 Agenda (02/04/2026) Agenda - TOWN OF RED CEDAR The monthly Town Board meeting will be held at the Red Cedar Town Hall, E6591 627th Avenue, Menomonie, WI on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. All Agenda items may include discussion and possible action by the Town Board. 1. Call to order/roll call. 2. Minutes. Act on minutes of the prior meeting (January 19, 2026). 3. Public Comments (agenda items only): 4. Financials: (a) Treasurer’s Report for previous month (checks written, monthly receipts, and cash summary sheet). (b) Current month’s claims and per diems. 5. Reports and Recommendations: (a) Patrolman. (b) Finance Committee (budget income and expenses to date) and solid waste/recycling. (c) Planning Commission. Next meeting is set for February 17, 2026. 6. Business: (a) Review, rate and score Statement of Qualification proposals received for FFY24 STP-Local Program. The Town Board may go into closed session under Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public property, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Town Board will then reconvene into open session to take any required action relating to the subject matter of the closed session and/or to conduct other noticed agenda items. (b) Revisit Senn proposals for 570th Street (05/02/2025 proposal). (c) Direction of EMS/fire shared services (Dunn Co. Unit WTA Innovation Grant). (d) Boundary Agreement potential with Town of Spring Brook related to Emerald Ridge. (e) City of Menomonie and Town of Red Cedar boarder roads and snow plowing plans. (f) Updates on Park Rapids lot. (g) Other town issues, matters, and concerns. 7. Communications: (a) Correspondence and announcements. (b) Upcoming agenda items. 8. Set Next Meeting Date. Monday, March 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. 9.
