01/19/2026 Agenda (01/13/2026) Agenda - TOWN OF RED CEDAR The monthly Town Board meeting will be held at the Red Cedar Town Hall, E6591 627th Avenue, Menomonie, WI on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or immediately following the Town Caucus. All Agenda items may include discussion and possible action by the Town Board. 1. Call to order/roll call. 2. Minutes. Act on minutes of the prior meeting (December 8, 2025). 3. Public Comments (agenda items only): 4. Financials: (a) Treasurer’s Report for previous month (checks written, monthly receipts, and cash summary sheet). (b) Current month’s claims and per diems. 5. Reports and Recommendations: (a) Patrolman. (b) Finance Committee (budget income and expenses to date) and solid waste/recycling. (c) Planning Commission. Next meeting is set for January 20, 2026. 6. Business: (a) Boundary Agreement potential with Town of Spring Brook related to Emerald Ridge. (b) City of Menomonie and Town of Red Cedar board roads and snow plowing plans. (c) Updates on Park Rapids lot. (d) Final review of completed shop inventory. (e) FFY24 STP Local Program Info and Timeline. (f) 2026 Spring/Summer Yard Waste Site Dates and Times.
