TOWN OF MENOMONIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING THURSDAY May 27, 2021 TIME: 7:00 PM Kent called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM Members Present: Kent, Charisse, Scott, Lamont, Tom, Marty and Mike Absent: Lisa Approval of the April 22nd, 2021 Minutes • Lamont made a motion to approve the minutes. Mike 2nd Carried. Public Comment • None CSM • Stephen Kochaver from Kochaver Land Surveying presented the committee a CSM request for property owners Brian and Lora Benrud. • The proposed parcels being divided are currently zoned as R1 “Residential District” the purpose is to separate the house from other lands by this owner for conveyance to a family member. 2.38 arces. • He requested a special exception waiver from the full subdivision ordinance review and submitted a $50 check for the special exception subdivision review fee. • The committee reviewed the request and map provided. No questions or further comment needed. • Mike made a motion to move forward with the request pending Board approval. Tom 2nd Carried. Miscellaneous • Kent was contacted and will be planning another meeting as soon as he gets the request he will set the date. • Marty stated that he would be resigning. He has been a committee member since 2015 and is retiring. • Mike also stated that he would be resigning. He has been a committee member since 2005 and is retiring. • Kent said they would start the search for new members and thanked them for their service and support to the community.
