Discussion on City Paratransit: Derek Muench, Director of Parking and Transit in Sheboygan spoke on
what they did in Sheboygan regarding brining city paratransit in house. This does not affect the 85.21
programs currently running, it is specific to the City of Manitowoc paratransit program. Discussion was
held on what this would mean for service to residents, as well as how it may affect 85.21 down the road.
The city is looking at this for financial reasons as well as to safeguard themselves from private providers
pulling out. Further discussion will be had.

reviewed financial portion of reports. Allan Brixius motioned to approve reports, Shirley Fessler
seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
