NOTICE
The Manitowoc County Village Association is holding its tri-annual
meeting at K-City Pub and Grill, 1233 Main Street, Kellnersville, WI
54215 at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. The meeting will
be a Parliamentary Procedure Refresher and Mock Meeting Scenario
with the League of Wisconsin Municipalities.
Village Board members may be in attendance to gather information and
participate in discussion. This may constitute a meeting of the Village
Board pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173
Wis2d 553, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), although the Village Board will not
take any formal action at this meeting.
