2026 Open Book Notice POST

OPEN BOOK Wednesday, July 22, 2025, 9am – 12pm and 1pm - 5pm “Open Book” provides property owners with an opportunity to review the assessment roll, discuss how their assessment was determined, and learn about the process for filing an objection with the Board of Review. Property assessment notices have been mailed. If you have questions about your assessment or would like to request a review of your property's market value, please use Accurate Assessor’s Open Book Assistant at www.accurateassessor.com. An assessor will be available at Cleveland Village Hall, 1150 W. Washington Ave., on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm; appointments are highly encouraged. Residents without internet access may call Accurate Assessor at (920) 749-8098 for assistance. The assessment roll will be posted on the Village website and made available for public review during Village Hall walk-in hours once it is received from the assessor. Property owners are encouraged to begin the Open Book process as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for review before the Board of Review.
