NOTICE
The Manitowoc County Village Association is holding its quarterly meeting at
Overtime Sports Bar & Grill, 175 Tyler Street, Valders WI 54245 at 6:30 PM on
Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The scheduled speaker is Chris Dallas with a
presentation on Fire and EMS Service Costs.
Village Board members may be in attendance to gather information and participate
in discussion. This may constitute a meeting of the Village Board pursuant to State
ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis2d 553, 494 NW2d 408 (1993),
although the Village Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
