CLOSED SESSION VILLAGE BOARD OF CLEVELAND, WISCONSIN MONDAY, JUNE 23, 2025 MINUTES I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/AGENDA APPROVAL. Village President Jarrod Jackett called the meeting to order at 6:30pm on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Cleveland Village Hall, 1150 W Washington Ave, Cleveland, Wisconsin. Board Present: Jarrod Jackett Rob Burkhard Jon Hoffman Jake Holzwart Becky Paasch Tom Warosh Board Absent: John Ader (excused) Staff Present: Stacy Grunwald, Director of Village Services Also Participating: Mike Bauer, Village Attorney, Hopp Neumann Humke Paul Corson, Village Accountant, Corson Peterson & Hamann II. Motion Warosh/Hoffman to convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1) (c), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility —Director of Village Services/Clerk-Treasurer/Director of Public Works. Roll call: all ayes. Motion carried. Atty. Bauer and CPA Corson remained for the closed session. President Jackett assumed responsibility for the minutes. [Director Grunwald left the meeting—6:34pm] The Board discussed accounting practices with CPA Corson. [CPA Corson left the meeting—7:45pm] The Board discussed performance-related topics with Atty. Bauer. III. ADJOURNMENT. Motion Warosh/Burkhard to return to open session pursuant to Sec. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. Roll call: all ayes. The Board reconvened in open session.
