ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 2019 Evergreen Avenue Asphalt Paving Project Project ID G61020 Evergreen Avenue Town of Grant Portage County, Wisconsin Sealed bids for the above described projects shall be submitted to Jewell Associates Engineers, Inc., 310 East Jackson Street, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494, ATTN: Scott Whitsett. Bids will be received until 1:00 PM local time, Thursday, May 2, 2019 at which time all bids will be declared closed. Directly after the bids are closed, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. THIS IS A TRIP PROJECT Bids shall be prepared according to the bidder's documents prepared by Jewell Associates Engineers, Inc. A Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5% of the project bid shall accompany the bid. The successful b idder will be required to provide a performance-payment bond equal to 100% of the project costs. The proposed work consists of the following major items: Base Aggregate Dense and Asphaltic Surface. State wage rates do not apply for this project. Plans and Specifications for the 2019 Evergreen Avenue Asphalt Paving Project are available in the office of the project consultant, Jewell Associates Engineers, Inc., 310 East Jackson Street , Wisconsin Rapids, WI 5 4494 upon a nonrefundable payment of $20.00.
