TOWN OF GRANT
Board of Adjustments
Monday, April 30th, 2018

The Town of Grant Board of Adjustments will conduct a Public Hearing to
solicit citizen’s input on a request from Ryan & Tammy Kingery for a
variance for a road right-of-way setback of less than 35 feet for a lean-to on
an existing building @ 2411 84th St S, zoned High Density Residential. The
Hearing will be at 9:00am on Monday, April 30, 2018 at the Town Hall,
9011County Road WW. Written comments can also be submitted to the
Town Clerk until 9:00am the day of the hearing.
