THE VILLAGE OF GAYS MILLS Minutes of the special meeting of the Village Board of Gays Mills held Monday, July 8, 2024, which began at 5:30 p.m. at the Village Shop (Royal Avenue). Village President Harry Heisz called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Roll call was taken with the following present: Ethan Eitsert, Harry Heisz, Emily Kinserdahl, Larry McCarn, Kevin Murray, Kim Pettit, and Art Winsor. All members present. Public works employees Bob Robinson and Richard Robinson were also present. The board received verification that the agenda was posted in accordance with the open meeting law. The board visited village buildings and discussed equipment. Murray made a motion to sell the old 935 lawn mower for $300. Seconded by Kinserdahl. Motion carried. Also in discussion the board agreed to get rid of the old gang mower and parts. At 6:55 p.m. Eitsert made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by McCarn. Motion carried. APPROVED 08-05-2024
