Parks and Recreation Board Meeting — Minutes

PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2026 COUNCIL ROOM, CITY HALL 5:00 P.M. The meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board was called to order by Chair Neville at 5:00 p.m. Roll call: Bill Neville, Ryan Tews, Jake Ormond, Mandy Krejci, Sue Voigt Absent: Robin Harder, Julie Simek Also present: Regan Barth, Nolan Matson No changes were requested of the May 20, 2026 minutes; therefore, they will be filed with the City Clerk as presented. Appearances: None Matson presented the 2027 Recreation Department budget. Motion by Voigt to approve and forward the Recreation Department budget to the Finance Committee. Seconded by Krejci. Voice vote taken. Motion carried. Barth provided a summary of work performed by his crew thus far in 2026. He noted a number of special projects that have been completed at the various parks in town as well as several items that will need his crew’s attention in the upcoming months. Barth presented the 2027 Parks Department budget. Motion by Ormond to approve and forward the Parks Department budget to the Finance Committee. Seconded by Tews. Voice vote taken. Motion carried. Motion by Krejci to adjourn. Seconded by Ormond. Voice vote taken. Motion carried.
