Motion Winder, second Horn to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as filed with the City Clerk. All Aye. Financial Report: Erickson presented the financial report. Motion Horn, second Pavlac to approve the financial report as presented. All Aye. Appearances: None. Discussion and action on ice and pricing. Horn presented the quote of $2.25 per 8-pound bag.
