HERITAGE DAYS COMMITTEE COUNCIL ROOM, CITY HALL 106 W. DIVISION STREET NEILLSVILLE, WI 54456 THURSDAY, JUNE 4, 2026 6:00 P.M. Meeting called to order by Chair Neville at 6:00 P.M. Roll Call: Joe Neville, Mike Winder, Dale Erickson, Katie Mohr, Barb Miller, Logan Grap, Daryn Horn, Donna Pavlac, Michelle Pickett, Tom Opelt, and Jerry Pfeiffer. Motion Horn, second Mohr to approve the minutes of the previous meeting with the change that Barb Miller was present at the previous meeting. All Aye. Financial Report: Erickson presented the financial report. Appearances: None. Discussion and action on Forward Bank change and account signers. Motion Opelt, second Miller, to add Erickson and Neville as account signers. All Aye. Discussion and action on asking City Council to release the budget fund for Heritage Days. Motion Horn, second Barb, to send a letter to request the City Council release the budget fund for Heritage Days. All Aye. Discussion and action on asking the City Council to release the donation from the Listeman Foundation for Heritage Days. Motion Miller, second Pavlac, to send a letter to request the City Council release the donation from the Listeman Foundation for Heritage Days. All Aye.
