Meeting Minutes City of Neillsville Planning Commission Council Room – City Hall 106 W Division Street, Neillsville Wisconsin Monday, May 18, 2026 • The meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm by Mayor Dewey Poeschel. • On Roll Call: Dewey Poeschel, Bill Neville, Greg Gliszinski, Donna Pavlac, Mike Winder, Natalie Erpenbach and Justin Poeschel [arrived at 4:34] pm. All members present. Also, present was Luke Friemoth – City Administrator. • The Minutes of the September 4, 2025, Planning Commission Meeting were reviewed. As there were no corrections, the Mayor directed the City Clerk to file the minutes as presented. • Mayor Poeschel called for appearances and there were NONE. • Luke Friemoth led the discussion on a request by Developer Dale Lawson to make changes to the Certified Survey Map (CSM) Plat #1575 Document # 546484, Vol 802 Page 640, Parcel numbers 261.1434.001 and 261.1434.002. Property is owned by Boon ADM LLC and is under land contract to Dale Lawson. Discussion held and questions answered. Motion by Gliszinski and seconded by Pavlac to recommend to Common Council that the City of Neillsville approve the changes requested to the Certified Survey Map #1575, Document #546484 Vol 802 Page 640 as prepared by GEOPRO Mapping Solutions. That the property listed, is In the City of Neillsville, and changing the following two (2) parcel numbers to the following four (4) lot numbers within the CSM Plat. All parcels are a part of: The Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 23, Township 24 North, Range 2 West, City of Neillsville Clark County Wisconsin. Voice vote, all aye, motion carried.
