TOWN OF MEENON REGULAR MEETING MINUTES TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2026 The meeting was called to order at 6:18 P.M. by Chairman sybers. (Strese was not present). Notice posted in accordance with Wis. Stats. 1984 Open Meeting Law. Approval of agenda order: Motion by Sybers to remove Bellin Health Services Agreement item, seconded by O’Brien. Motion carried. March 2026 minutes were presented for approval. Motion by O’Brien to approve, seconded by Sybers. Motion carried. March 2026 Treasurer’s report was presented for approval. Motion by O’Brien to approve as presented, seconded by Sybers. Motion carried. Mark Krause was present to explain Phase 3 of the Shady Oaks project. Police Report: per Sybers, another citation was issued to the property owner on County Road FF and discussion on the property on N Bass Lake Road. Land Use Planning Committee: MEN-CUP-24-02 (Gustafson, Kruger Road) - a new map was given to the committee for this CUP, the committee approved it and forwarded it on to the town board. The town board looked it over and approved the CUP with the new map. No supervisor’s report. Chairman’s report: Weight limit signs are down. Brown’s cut more trees - Moline is complete, Corcoran has some trees still to be removed. Road plans: double chip Lakeview, 4 or 5 more miles to chip, get everything ready and chip in August. Chips Old 35 from D North. Road Tour must be scheduled. Siren wants to put a weight limit on Old 35 due to construction on Highway 35. Jamison Road - took care of some trees that we billed to Oakland. We will have to plan a meeting with townships in regard to joint roads. Items for next meeting: Joint Roads plan, appointing Clerk and Treasurer. Bills Paid. The meeting adjourned at 7:16 p.m. Revised 5/4/26
