Adjournment TOWN OF ALGOMA WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WISCONSIN RESOLUTION NO. 2026-3 AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF LAND The town meeting of the Town of Algoma, Winnebago County, by a majority vote of the eligible electors voting at the Special Town Meeting assembled and voting, resolves and orders as follows: The Town Board of the Town of Algoma is authorized to exercise the right to purchase property necessary for construction of a stormwater retention pond on Leonard Point Road for a price not to exceed $250,000 plus closing costs as shown on the attached concept plan as “Outlot 1”, approximately 2.59 acres of Tax Parcel No. 002-0021. The Town Clerk shall properly post or publish this resolution as required under s. 60.80, Wis. Stats., within 30 days of the below-noted adoption date. Adopted this 18 th day of February, 2026.
