Town Electors Meeting — Minutes

APPROVED 3.18.26 Town Board 1 TOWN OF ALGOMA WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WISCONSIN SPECIAL TOWN ELECTORS MEETING February 18, 2026 Chairman Rasmussen called the special electors meeting to order at 5:45 pm. There were 10 town electors present and 3 non-electors. The agenda was posted on February 13, 2026. The public notice was posted on February 3, 2026. Administrator Mahoney gave a brief presentation on the description of the property, that it will be used for a pond for the Leonard Point Road reconstruction, and it is being purchased by the Town for $250,000 from the current owners, Donner. There was no public comment. Resolution 2026-3, Authorizing the Purchase of Land was presented. Chairman Rasmussen called for a vote on Resolution 2026-3. Yes-8 No-1 Abstain-0 No Vote-1 (3, non-electors) Resolution 2026-3 passed. On a motion by Supervisors Clark/Martin, passed on a voice vote, the Special Town Electors Meeting adjourned at 5:48 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Katherine Reinbold
