AGENDA The Commission may discuss and act on the following: 1. Call to Order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Discussion and possible action re: Minutes from December 10, 2025. 4. Discussion and possible action re: Certified Survey Map by petitioner Garrett Smith, Martenson and Eisele, Inc, on behalf of Robert Balda to split parcel 002-00130101 into two parcels. 5. Oakwood Elementary School Expansion Project a. Discussion and possible action re: Certified Survey Map by petitioner Nate Considine, Bray Architects, on behalf of James Fochs, Oshkosh Area School District, to combine 8 parcels into 2 lots located at Oakwood Elementary School, 1225 N. Oakwood Rd. b. Discussion and possible action re: Request by petitioner Nate Considine, Bray Architects, on behalf of James Fochs, Oshkosh Area School District, to rezone a portion (Lot 1) of the Oakwood Elementary School property at 1225 N. Oakwood Rd, from A-2 General Agriculture District to B-3 General Business District. c. Discussion and possible action re: Site plan for Oakwood Elementary School expansion, located at 1225 N. Oakwood Rd, as requested by petitioner Nate Considine, Bray Architects, on behalf of James Fochs, Oshkosh Area School District. 6. Discussion Only: Planning Commission Appointments and Structure 7.
