AGENDA The Commission may discuss and act on the following: 1. Call to Order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Discussion and possible action re: Minutes from September 10, 2025. 4. Discussion and possible action re: Petitioners William and Shawnee Bowman are requesting a Conditional Use to clear, clean, dredge, and alter a drainageway located in a Surface Water Drainage Overlay District at 4404 Bellhaven Lane, parcel 002-000902. 5. Discussion and possible action re: Rezoning of 3030 Witzel Avenue, parcel 002-022201, from A-2 General Agricultural District to B-3 General Business District. 6. Adjourn. It is possible that members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be present at the above scheduled meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
