Discussion and possible action: Certified Survey Map by petitioner Darryl Lehman, Martenson & Eisele, on behalf of Thomas Marquardt to revise the size of two parcels, 0021019 and 0021020. C. Discussion and possible action: Preliminary Plat (Springhetti Lake) by petitioner Scott Anderson, Davel Engineering, on behalf of Dan Springhetti, for property parcel numbers 002-0022, 002-0020, 002-0025, 002-0027, and 002-0027-01. D. Discussion and possible action: Award bid for 2025 Asphalt Resurfacing Project to Northeast Asphalt, Inc in the amount of $132,144.70. E. For Discussion and possible action: Bellhaven Iron Enhanced Sand Filter Pond i. Change Order 02 for an increase in the amount of $1,750.00. ii. Pay Request 3 payable to Northeast Asphalt in the amount of $14,544.63. 14. Adjourn. The Town Board meets regularly on the THIRD WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) at the Municipal Building (Town Hall), 15 N. Oakwood Road. ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. NOTE: It is possible that members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be present at the above scheduled meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
