Plan Commission Meeting Minutes May 9, 2018 Present: Plan Commission Members: Kathi Sawall, Doug Miller, Cindy Duchatschek, Adam Barthels, and Chair Travis Duchatschek. Clerk Barthels, Chairman Barthels and Jeff Sanders-Town Planner. The plan commission meeting was called to order by Commission Chair Duchatschek at 4:00 PM. MY 41 Auto CUP Presentation and Discussion by Plan Commission. The CUP is to sell recreational vehicles. Jeff Sanders- Town Planner spoke and presented his Staff Report and stated he recommends approval of the CUP. Recommendation: Doug Miller moved to recommend approval of the My 41 Auto CUP. 2nd by Adam Barthels. Carried 5-0. Motion made to close plan commission meeting by Adam Barthels. 2nd by Kathi Sawall. Carried 5-0.
