April Minutes

Town of Nekimi Town Board Meeting April 18, 2018 Present: Glen Barthels, Larry Schweda, Tom Pollack, Jessica Potratz, and Kelsey Barthels. The Town Board Meeting was called to order by Chairman Barthels at 7:44 P.M. Supervisor Schweda moved to approve March minutes. 2nd by Supervisor Pollack. Carried 3-0. The Treasurer’s Report was presented by Clerk Barthels. Zoning: The Treu CSM was presented. Discussion held by Town Board. Recommendation by Town Board: Supervisor Pollack moved to approve Treu CSM. 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. The Radloff CUP was presented. Discussion held by Town Board. Recommendation by Town Board: Supervisor Pollack moved to approve Radloff CUP. 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Supervisor Schweda moved to pay March bills. 2nd by Supervisor Pollack. Carried 3-0. Old Business: Road Conditions: Bill Glatz, from Fahrner asphalt did a presentation on road repair options. New Business: Supervisor Pollack made a motion to adjourn. 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0.
