Public Notice Public involvement presentation scheduled for T Nekimi, Nekimi Avenue Weyhurst Creek Bridge Local Street Winnebago County Proposed transportation improvement The Town of Nekimi, in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, is proposing to replace the existing bridge carrying Nekimi Avenue over Weyhurst Creek in the Town of Nekimi, Winnebago County. The project is located approximately 350’ west of CTH I. In addition to the bridge replacement, the project will include a minor amount of roadway approach work . Some minor right-of-way acquisition may be required to construct the project. Nekimi Avenue will be closed to through traffic during construction. The project is currently scheduled for construction in 2019. Please attend Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public information presentation at the Town of Nekimi’s regularly scheduled February Town Board meeting on February 21, 2018 at 7:00 pm. The Town Hall is located at 3790 Pickett Road, Oshkosh 54904. The facility is wheelchair accessible. Information available Representatives from the Town of Nekimi and Gremmer & Associates, Inc. (design consultant) will be available to explain the proposed improvements and listen to your thoughts. Your involvement We want your input on this proposed improvement .
