Town of Nekimi Monthly Board Meeting December 16, 2013 Present: Glen Barthels, Tom Pollack, Larry Schweda, Jessica Potratz and Jerry Braasch. Excused: Julie Barthels The meeting was called to order by Chairman Barthels at 7:30 p.m. Schweda moved to approve the November minutes as presented. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Treasurer’s Report was presented. Zoning: A zoning change and conditional use permit was applied for by Freddy Fin Ventures, LLC for Parcel #012-0367. Pollack moved to table this change until the January meeting. 2nd by Barthels. Carried 3-0. Pollack moved to pay November bills. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Old Business: Road Conditions – Board feels road signs should be purchased now and installed in 2014 or sooner. New Business: Appointment of Poll Workers for 2014-2015 – Pollack moved to approve poll worker list as presented by the Clerk. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0. Allocate the County Industrial Development Funds – Pollack moved to allocate funds to Omro. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0. Pollack moved to adjourn the meeting. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0.
